Ceremonial groundbreaking for the amphitheater!

                                 Superintendent Rob Wessberg and members of the Friends

of Pike Lake at the site of construction for the amphitheater,

beginning construction soon.

             This project is being financed by funds from the Friends group matched by a Knowles-Nelson grant plus generous donations from community groups and individuals.  The amphitheater will be used for continuing nature programs and other events.  Completion time is yet to be determined.
