Getting ready for fall and winter seasons at Pike Lake . . . .
Fall clean-up, Saturday, October 25th, 9:00 a.m.
The Friends of Pike Lake will lead a fall clean-up of the grounds at Pike Lake Unit beginning at 9:00 a.m. We welcome and encourage anyone interested to come on out and lend a hand. We will finish activities by noon, but often finish before that, and volunteers can leave any time.Volunteers should wear work boots and gloves. Safety vests and other needed equipment will be provided by the DNR staff supervising the event.
This is a great opportunity to give back to this DNR facility that provides so many rich experiences for visitor year-round.
