The next Friends of Pike Lake-supported event is Discovery Day, June 1st from 8:00 a.m. to noon. To join the bird hike, be sure to arrive by 8:00 a.m! Activities will start at various times, so visitors can come and leave at their own convenience. Watch this space or our Facebook page for details. Some popular activities from our first Discovery Day will be back, along with some new ones.
Like all Friends of Pike Lake events, this is free (though a State Parks and Forests parking sticker, available on-site, is required for cars). Anyone wanting to make nature-pattern print T-shirts should bring one to decorate.
